Frequently asked questions

Does my credit roll over?

For users with an active subscription, unused credits will roll over to the next month one time. This means that credits expire two months after their acquisition. After your subscription ends, any unused credits will be lost.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

You can manage or cancel your subscription on the billing page. To access the billing page, go to the account menu in the top right corner of the page and select 'Billing'. Once you cancel, you can still use your credits until the end of your current billing period. After that, you will lose any remaining credits, so we encourage you to use them first.

Who owns the generated images?

Whether you are a free or paid user, you own the rights to the generated images. This means you can use them for any purpose you want.

How do I keep generated images and videos private?

Generated images and videos are private when they are created under a paid plan. They remain private even after the subscription ends. For free users, generated images and videos are visible in the community gallery. Edited images and videos are not visible in the community gallery.

What if I need more credits than my plan allows?

You can purchase additional credits at any time. If you need more credits on a regular basis, we recommend upgrading to a higher plan.

I have a lot of files to process. Do you support bulk processing?

Yes, our tools are designed to handle bulk processing. You can upload multiple files at once and we will process them in the order they were uploaded.

How can I run some tools for free?

Some tools can be run for free when they are executed on your device. For example, you can run the resize image tool on your device for free without any limits.

I need a specific tool that you don't have. Can you build it for me?

Of course! We are constantly adding new tools to our platform on users request. If you need a specific tool, please contact us at contact[at]ceacle.com and we will be happy to discuss your needs.

What is the refund policy?

Users with an active subscription are eligible for a refund if they've used fewer than 25 credits over the lifetime of their account. To initiate a refund, cancel your subscription and contact us at support@ceacle.com. We do not provide refunds if the account has been deleted.
